Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola Badmus, popularly known as Portable, has threatened fellow Yorubas with spiritual judgment if they do not vote for President Bola Tinubu in next year’s general elections.

Speaking in a video broadcast, the Zazu crooner placed curses on any Yoruba who works against President Tinubu’s reelection.

The singer claimed that he has been contracted by the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, to campaign for Tinubu.

He said, “We need peace, we want peace. If you don’t want war in Nigeria, you better vote for Tinubu.

“Thunder and Ogun will strike any Yoruba man who doesn’t. I have been signed, given APC clothes — don’t worry, I wll soon start sharing rice and vegetable oil.”

How will a person at the level of a Governor be influenced to leave his party for another one if he is not a fool. You should blame the defectors always.

It has always been a concern seeing the South Easterners undecided about their target within Nigeria. Secession or Presidency? Which one do they actually wanted. From the look of things the division among the people is crystal clear as the rich and elites prefer the Presidency while the people on the other side prefer secession. Both sides are pursuing the target without clear cut out strategies and this is why it will continue to be a dream to achieve any of the two targets. Even the so-called North, with huge electoral figures cannot single-handedly win the Presidency. So, what's the way forward because trying to force an Obi on Nigerians will not work. We all know that if Biafra Republic is realized today, Obi will not be made the President. He will not even win in the Presidential election of Biafra Republic. Our people must decide what they want and work towards it. Elections are only won through diplomacy and strategy, not through fighting and name-calling.

You are on point. The same thing is applicable to all of them - Atiku, Amaechi, Aregbesola, Obi, the defected PDP Governors, Senators down to Councillors.

Your eyes will be clear by 2027. APC is not being handled by Buhari's team that no next to nothing and the Northerners across all parties are preparing for 2031 and not 2027. This President has chosen not to take power serious, rather he was only interested in increasing tarrifs and creating discrepancies and segregation among Nigerians, or how do you explain the various band policies they introduced, to make matter worse, he now appointed a novice to head the power ministry, where are the likes of Barth Nnaji? The failure of the power sector and the darkness we are experiencing presently across the whole country is an indictment on this administration.

Let the Minister be changed ten times over, the situation will remain the same. The major problem is the GENCOS and the DISCOS that has no capacity to generate and effectively distribute power in the country. Foreign investors are required to invest into the nation's power sector otherwise the recent collapse is just the starting steps.

The only politician in Nigeria that can mastermind the defeat of Atiku in any primary election is Tinubu. I won't say argue that Amaechi will come second. He will because he is not stingy like Obi. He will spend to get enough votes of the delegates to come second while Obi will be third and start looking for a new platform to contest.
Atiku is already boring to the North and if you look at what is happening in the North now, they are preparing for 2031. They have conceded 2027 to Tinubu. The unsound ADC is just wasting precious time and resources chasing shadow.
