Wanted to ask if any Nigerian bank's atm card can currently be used to withdraw money in South Africa? Does having an account in Stanbic bank help?

Anyone going to UCT this month for postgraduate studies?

Hello there. The High Commission processes student visa really slowly. It takes at least 30 working days after submission of application. I too am starting my classes this July but haven't got the study permit yet. I went to the High Commission and delivered a letter from my university asking them to expedite the process. Still they haven't done it.

Ring them up any time from 12 pm upward with the number you have. just keep calling till they pick up your calls. The duration for study permit usually take 6 weeks at Abuja embassy except you have insider who can be of help. Cheers!

Does anyone here have a working phone number of South African High Commission in Abuja? All the numbers I have found online are not going through.

Also, has anyone received study visa from the Abj high commission? How long after submission of the application is the permit issued?

I really hope someone could help me answer these questions.
