Hello , please I can not find my letter of acceptance on my mohawk college account either on ocas portal as well, I have written to them but they are yet to respond to me. please what do I do?

Hello everyone, Good morning, I have challenge at the moment, I work with an outsourced company and we staff don't get taxed, or any pension profile greeted.. we only receive salary on monthly basic, please is this mandatory while submitting for ACS program, or would be an issue? kindly assist on this.
