Why are you bothered about transport fare when you're presented with life time changing opportunity that can transform your entire life. This is the pettiest complain ever. If they invite you for interview, tell them you want virtual because you don't have transport fare to come to Lagos.

Nawa o! Someone will come all the way from Abuja to Lagos, and they can’t even assist the person with transport fare. A whole IOC like this? They can do better, biko!

Abeg, they had better change this thing to a virtual process o. The whole process would have been much better if it had been conducted virtually.

You're very right. They will check your experience. Thorough CV screening is currently ongoing.

Thing is those who status changed to under review are those that might get to the next stage pending review of their CV. Those with under review now were high scorers in the respective roles of the test.

Some people with under review may still be dropped if their years of experience from their CV doesn't meet the required experience of those roles as advertised.

My dashboard changed to "Application Under Review" the next day after the test.

They will be very strict with the requirements during interview stage though.

Please I'm just curious to know and learn. This experience hire asked for 10 years experience in Facilities Engineering as a qualification. Can someone without that number of years of experience be considered at the interview stage. The reason why I applied for Machinery Engineer instead of Facilities Engineer was because of the years of experience they were asking for. The whole experience hire seems confusing because even a graduate of yesterday could get invited for these tests. I'm just curious to know if they would consider the number of years of experience at interview level
