Its crazy. Two nights ago I stayed awake all night because I thought I would suffocate in my sleep because of the heat. I'm even dreading tonight as it is. Hmmm God help us o. |

I feel so relieved knowing that I am not in this crap alone. I experience every single detail you mentioned. It started when I was 10 now I'm 25. Reading about it now makes me know there's hope for me. |
