Hello everyone. Help me take a look at the following job description. It is for the role of Production Engineer (NOC 21321).

• Responsibility for overseeing the day to day operations of the factory.
• Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.
• Ensuring that all factory machinery remain in optimal working order.
• Placing orders for fresh supplies of materials needed for production (such as leather) promptly so as to facilitate seamless production.
• Instituting adequate quality control measures.
• Regularly inspecting finished product to ensure the water meets established quality standards.
• Ensuring that staff remain motivated and committed towards production targets.
• Developing plans for production improvement and growth.
• Making sure that any complaints are handled appropriately.
• Fostering a conducive environment for the staff within which they can work comfortably.
• Preparing regular reports on the state of production and sales.
