What is with these apc guys? Why are they always complaining? In each state,we will have complaints' commissioners very soon.

Reading all these comments,I am forced to say that some Nigerians don't really think before commenting. So,Jonathan signed a deal 3yrs ago and its being implemented after he left office and not before he left? One month after,buhari is implementing it. Why didn't he cancel it?
