Pls l need help, my stomach usually feels full after eating just a little thing as a result l dont eat much. Could only take just 2 slices of bread, and a cup of water n my stomach will b so tight and it can remain like that for several hours. lt also makes me eat very slowly. Pls how can l solve dis problem cause l need to eat well so l can add some weight cos my weight presently is not encouraging. I wil appreciate any offered help from dis forum

Please doc l have a problem of stomach bloating. If l eat a little food my stomach feels filled up n tight. It will b so uncomfortable for a long time. Sometimes after a while l feel pressed and fart alot (d farting is just release of gas) afterwhich d tightness is releaved a bit. Pls l want to eat bigger meals my Tommy is always filled with gas. It has lowered my weight. What can l do n what medication do l take to solve dis problem. It has been disturbing me for long.plsss l need ur help
