However, had to reject because during interview, i asked if the ELDP is similar to the GT role

They said No then.

Can't go for anything lower than GT so It's much better paving way for others

I wonder why it usually take so long anyway. A maximum of one week should be enough to let candidates know the status of their application/next stage.

Most times the reason it takes long is because they might need to sort some things out like offer/training centre/hospital for medical among others.

Because it won't really make sense if you get a feedback after one week telling you that you are successful then you are asked to wait a little as things are being sorted out to commence the programme.

Anyways they are in the best position to give explanation for the delay. The best we can do is to exercise patience and hope we will be among the selected few that will be picked to start the Entry program.
