The ideal candidate must possess the following requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2.1) in any of the following engineering disciplines: Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Petroleum, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial & Production, Subsea, Material & Metallurgical
- A maximum of three (3) continuous years of relevant industry experience. Recent graduates with no previous experience can apply
- NYSC discharge or exemption certificate

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience:
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Readiness to work in our various work locations
- Open to changing priorities and workloads
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs

Graduate Management Development Scheme 2023 – Supply Chain
This is targeted at qualified Nigerian graduates from science-related disciplines, who are eager to build a thriving career in a conducive manufacturing environment with top-class systems and processes.

After a highly competitive selection process, successful candidates will undergo:

- 12-month fully residential training programme
- Formal training and experiential attachment

At the end of the training, candidates will be appointed as Shift Manager in Brewing/Packaging/ Logistics/Automation Engineer, depending on relevant disciplines, in one of our brewery locations across the country.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree with a Second Class (Upper Division) minimum, in any Science/Engineering discipline. Degrees within this discipline include but are not limited to; Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical/Agric Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Physics Electronics, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry/ Pure and Applied Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry, Food Science & Technology
- A master’s degree in a related discipline is an added advantage.
General Requirements for all Jobs:
- Minimum of Five (5) credit grades in WASC/GCE/SSCE including Maths, English, and 3 other relevant subjects
- Completion of NYSC, not earlier than January 2019
- Maximum of two years’ work experience
- Digital agility
- Geographical mobility within and outside Nigeria

The interviewers were different for everyone. Only the HR was the same. Because it was for a different department/function.

Now we wait for the next update.

Just the normal basic interview. No need to stress too much. Be very confident and ensure you speak with conviction.

In all honesty I have no info on those questions. I was only able to answer the previous questions based on what I have seen people say.
The best is to prepare and scale through the process.

Based on what the HR lady said during the AC on my day, she said they don't drop people at this stage and the reason they conduct the medical is just to know your records and to know ways they can cater for people if they have any medical challenges upon resumption.
