BluntTheApostle:I actually meant 3k Calories. and it comes mostly from Carbs. for him to mass weight he needs more than the normal daily limit. I am giving him a practical approach I used for myself and. I am now bulky and far more healthier. If you have never been in his shoes you will never understand what he is saying. same way the fat people around me where telling me all sorts of stories until I listened to someone who had been in my shoes. he must hit 3k calories and minimum of 100g daily to gain mass, outside that its not possible. |
BluntTheApostle:Imagine what you are saying? is it not because the metabolism is high he needs to eat more to exceed normal daily intake. He wants to gain weight and I can relate to what he is saying. this is what worked for me, overtime I dont have issues eating enough, his challenge is simple, he is not eating well and and eating enough. now get out of my mention and allow the young man do what he wants |
Barims:You’re not eating properly. It’s not by the amount of food but by the carbs and protein intake. If you can hit 3k carbs and 110g of protein intake daily, trust me in two weeks you will gain. I was like this too. I was 62-64kg and would eat so much for years nothing changed till I focused on carbs and protein intake. I currently weigh 75kg tho I’m a heavy gym person so I have lean muscles but I’m bulked up. |
Not Bad! Hope they maintain it |
I am sorry. but you are very stupid. This is why I don't bulge when we cry racism. Just imagine what you are saying. SlyDev: |
Bro, can I be doing press-up at home or I need to visit the gym before I can see result?
|
I see many silly comments. It clearly shows either most of us here watching this game are either suffering from low self esteem for being Africans, or just the hate for African football. The fact that we Nigerians are used to fraud and corruption with over dependence on rituals, juju and religion has blinded our eyes to just watch a beautiful game and enjoy it. Nothing different is happening here that doesn’t happen every week in football games around the world especially involving big teams when compared to these two teams playing and we see big shockers. But we praise them, commend them and act stupidly cos it’s foreign but in a hurry to condemn and judge our very own. Cameron have been playing very good football in the last 30mins, the hunger, strive, hard work, etc, you can see BF have been lazy, laid back, over confident which has cost them big time. Please stop spewing trash if you cannot enjoy such a beautiful inspiring game. Shoutout to the indomitable lions, they are indeed keeping up to their names unlike one team I won’t mention their name. |
joshjc:My brother , going through the comments section I dey weak. Black Africans are the real racists. God knows why he kept us underdeveloped. Every little thing is about color color even when the other color don’t give a hoot about us. Even as Nigerians , the color discrimination is still a sorry case. What is wrong with black skin people? Can you guys for once just enjoy anything without putting point to color,? You did well by reminding him of this event cos I don’t understand these sets of black skin humans |
vickydevoka:Where dark guy take dey attractive? Lol. Dark guys that are always fighting for social media validation? You know how many dark guys don bleach cos of low self esteem? No even talk am. Na pity dem dey pity black boys |
Picture him I agree with you. Fair guys are far more attractive than black boys. They are not common and cheap like black boys. That’s why black boys always cry for validation. Low self esteem no go kill them. Reality, ladies are far more attracted to fair guys than dark guys. So dey console themselves with dark color. Cos even the fair guys try not to bring this colorism attitude as una black skin don suffer racism enough. |
helinues:How is that a penalty na? Na wa o |
ajericho:Is it not the same batch of teams EPL sends to the UCL year after year? Infact all of us can always pen down the top 5 teams in the EPL in every season because the whole league revolves around those teams. Can you say same thing about other leagues? Their top 5 are not guaranteed every season because they’re competitive. I will advise you start seeing other league matches so you can see how EPL is truly the farmers league. |
DownChelsea:You and I know with this current form only Man City will likely progress to the next stage. I don’t undermine any league. EPL is wack compared to some other leagues if critically analysed. But Nigerians are always blind to do their own findings but rather follow the crowd. I watch other leagues and I can tell you even their supposed weak teams are capable of beating any club in the EPL. |
Levinas:The way some of you talk eh makes me wow. Lorient FC will beat Man U effortlessly talkless of Little Burnley. Always sounding as if other Leagues don’t also have 11 Men on the field. Riff Raffs on Nairaland |
Its obvious many people didnt even watch the video before commenting. No wonder we get stupid comments. when people cannot comprehend simple message. |
It is well! Dunno what to say |
Chuky7:3 weeks ke lol. It’s advisable to take for up to 3 months, so the weight gain is permanent. |
Chuky7:Yes you will. But that’s a swollen stomach. Unhealthy fat. And you won’t be attractive. The gym helps Shapen your body while you accumulate calories for weight gain. The gym is a major part |
tiptoe1:Get the creamy one. That’s what I use. Don’t forget bananas too. It is a heavy dose bruv. Within one week you will start seeing changes |
tiptoe1:Oh now I get, I 12 lbs. you’re right. 16 servings taking 2 scoops daily. One scoop daily will last one month, but you will have to eat a lot to make up |
This is the cup that came with my optimum Nutrition Serious Mass Gainer. I take two scoops at once. That two scoops equals 1,650 calories which is more than half of my required daily calories intake. So I add one or two bananas, one tea spoon of peanut butter, and 400ml of milk then blend together. Totalling 2,450 calories at a go. So I take once a day cos it’s a very heavy intake. I take it immediately after workout so I get filled up from muscle tear.
|
tiptoe1:Wow. Are you sure you got the right one? Someone posted a picture of it earlier. It’s big in size and 2 large scoops daily will run for 30 days. Can I see a pic of what you’re talking about,? You can check the conversation history to see the pic someone posted |
tiptoe1:Bro I won’t advise ordinary exercise. You’ve got to lift weights, and push and pull gym equipments. Some exercises are not good for you as it won’t be regulating your entire body. You’ve got to do an all body gym routine. I won’t advise running threadmills and all cardio exercises. You may do them as warm ups but focus more on heavy lifting. As per stopping if you will return back, well in my case, I am still taking it till I get to my weight target of 80kg or 83kg. Then I will stop and focus on foods and high protein intake, my appetite has increased over time as I do 4-5 meals daily without stress. But to keep shape you still need exercises tho may not be as heavy and as consistent as when you started. Prolly 3 times weekly |
tiptoe1:Yes bro. I wasn’t even consistent. You could even achieve more if you’re devoted to it. Imagine hitting 3k5-4k calories daily for 3 months with heavy gym. You’re the next hulk |
nonny1212:Yesssss! That’s it.. |
tiptoe1:Don’t do that bro. The 2 scoops is a very heavy intake. I will advise you add bananas, peanut butter, milk, blend together to get a 2450 calorie, the main thing is hitting and exceeding your daily calorie target. For skinny people that’s btw 3k-3500 calories. Proteins will bridge the gap. Especially chicken breasts and eggs. |
Plut01:Thanks man for coming through! I don’t know what his problem was, I gave my own practical advice on how it worked for me instead for him to humbly ask for more detail he decided to be a jerk. Thanks |
vert007:Yes I take it once. I made it a habit. It’s a very heavy intake. What I advise is to take it after gym. In one week of consistency if you don’t see changes , block me. I gained that extra 14kg in less than 3 months. The gym is very important or else you have unhealthy fats. |
Chithauri:Hahahahahahhaha! But you sound so broke man, trust me, I don’t brag but I can bet my left balls, you entire worth even till your death won’t be up to the cost of my wristwatch. So bro get the Bleep off. Atleast I’ve given you 2 seconds of fame, take it to the bank. All these Nigerian based hungry tormented fools. |
Chithauri:Didn’t I write their it’s expensive? Or you just want to sound silly. I gave the OP the best way and how it worked for me, he can weigh the various options I gave and chose what’s best for him. And hello, don’t think everyone is broke like you. Shift please. |
Perky20:Bro, I used to be skinny around 60kg. But now I am 74kg. I will breakdown how it worked for me after many failed attempts. Food is not enough cos you will never be consistent. You need high intake of calories and proteins. In achieving this, Protein Mass gainers are your best bet. I’ve used a few but the one that worked the most effectively was the OPtimum Nutrition Serious Mass gainer. You will need an intake of not less than 3,000 calories daily consistently to add good weight within 3 months. The Mass gainer has a large scoop cup and you’re told to use two scoops which gives 1650 calories at once, then you can use food to make up the balance and possibly exceed your daily calories quota. I add 2 bananas, 1 big scoop of peanut butter, 400ml of Milk and 2 big scoops of the mass gainer, blend them and it gives me a total of 2,450 calories at one sit. It’s a very heavy intake, and if you’re able to still eat a good portion of 3 square meals within a month you will see a huge transformation. You’ve got to hit the gym as well, Cos most of your calories will store in your stomach so the gym will help converting those calories and fats to muscles and give you a banging shape. Lastly, natural proteins are very important, chicken breasts, eggs, beef, salads, they are very helpful. Gaining weight is expensive and demands tons of dedication, but trust me you will love the transformation especially if you’re consistent with the Shake and Gym. Good luck man. |
