This reply might be too late. There is a nursing program called the pre-registration nursing. It allow you graduate with a MSc degree in nursing even without prior health/ science background. This program can allow u practice in the uk as a nurse once completed and can allow you come to the uk with dependents

Can anyone help me please. Does a top up at a UK university qualify one for a 2 years post study. Applicant is going for a BSc top with a HND.

Secondly, is the duration of visa give to students not supposed to be the duration of the course + 4months (if you are applying to start in September) or + 6months. The applicant received his visa with the actual duration of the course

Please I have a question. I just submitted my proof of fund to my school representative in Nigeria and was told I may be denied visa as I have no transaction performed on the account since I paid in proof of funds from my parents.

Please is this true??

Advision:
I think if/when the uni notifies homeoffice, she gets a curtailment letter giving her probably a month to leave the country. If she hasnt gotten the letter or email yet, then I think she is fine. Hopefully her tier2 is out before the notice gets sent.

Also there is this link for checking brp validity online, she can keep checking to know if she has had her visa curtailed

Actually the information reaching me is that she wasn’t expelled but her project was cancelled and she was meant to graduate with PGD instead of MSc.

Will this still have an effect on the tier 2 application??
