The new portal. Does this affect processing time? On IRCC page, they advised to use the new portal except number of applicants are more than one. Did you read something about the new portal delaying processing time?

That guy you replied and myself have the same concern, I applied since April 26th and the school is resuming September 1st. I have sent a webform and still got no reply

I am in the same situation as you guys. I submitted my application on 31st of may and had my biometrics submitted on the 11th of June. Since then i have been sending webforms after webforms after webforms. I've lost count. But still no response from IRCC. My program commences in September and the maximum time given to me to submit my approval is 31 of August. This is really disturbing. What do i do again?
