Jakarta: In terms of business you and her needs to explore options, check her strengths and weakness. For me I always lean towards anything women fashion, because from my experience with side chicks (no tell my wife oh lol!!) their billing always involve buying clothes, shoes, hair even more than food. For saving that depends on your intended starting scale though I recommend starting low. Before you pick any business option, you should first do some feasibility studies, keep starking the $$, that's one sweet thing about living in Nigeria. Thanks so much |

Jakarta: Yes you can, but you have to find an alternative source of income, also your wife should be fully engaged in one business or the other instead of sitting & crossing her legs occupying the office of full time house wife.
And most importantly on no account should you rely on such earning, a single Google update can cause serious issues on your blog.
I Was printing money with bet365 early last year, and I felt on top of the world, untill bet365 made some restrictive update. If I didn't had a backup plan, I would have been selling crayfish in my village by now. Thanks so much. I just started earning and have already earned $175. What business can I open for my wife, and how long before I save for such business. |
Investment › Re: Can I Survive In Nigeria If I Make $10 Daily - My Wife Included by Episode22(op): 10:18am On Jan 04 |
ibechris: That is roughly 450k per month.
To start with,u need to first open to ur wife and tell her how much u earn and give her all the necessary clues.
50k multiply by 5= # 250k that is,if u work from home.
The remaining balance of about 200k can then be saved,so as to save u in the future. Thank you, and yes I work from home. How long before I can save money needed for a good business for my wife? Thanks |

Hello Nairalanders,
Please, I’ll keep this brief and straight to the point.
I need honest opinions and practical advice. Can someone realistically survive in Nigeria on a daily income of $10?. I work from home.
If no, please explain why.
If yes, I’d appreciate a clear strategy—how to manage it, possible business ideas, and how one could grow beyond that income level.
For context, I currently earn $10 daily online from my blog, and on some days $13.
If this income is not sustainable in the long run, I genuinely want to know so I can plan better and make informed decisions.
Constructive advice only, please.
Moderators, kindly assist with visibility. Thank you. |

haggai247: Better save your money first
Ask yourself some questions before you go on this journey.
Is your content link worthy?
Will you link to your content if you're not the owner of the site?
If yes to the two then you're good to go if not your bounce rate will tell you the truth and the search engine too will know.
Here's what I'd do if I'm in your shoes.
I'll create content to Rank nos 1 on Google Create link bait articles lots of it.
To pay money Go to magic pr and create/write a press release that'll be approved.

NinjaMetahuman: it likely won't be fake but the capacity will likely be around 30k-50kmah.
80kmah should be bigger than that.
Next time tho, buy from jumia so you can return it if not satisfied.
Also do proper testing. Make sure you charge to 100% before testing. If it charges your phone at least 12-14 times *assuming it's 5000mah phone. Then you are good to go. In other to avoid stories, let me buy the new age 40000mah for 45k instead. I can get it around. As for the konga agents, I have given them my address where they will deliver it tomorrow, they don't have cancel other like jumia.. |

Hello everyone,
I recently ordered a Shyplus 80,000mAh power bank online with a pay-on-delivery option. The price is ₦45,000, and it’s scheduled to arrive on Monday.
However, I’m starting to question its quality and durability after comparing it with other power banks. For instance, the New Age 40,000mAh costs ₦45,000, and the Oraimo 40,000mAh is priced at ₦50,000+.
It seems unusual that a power bank with double the capacity—80,000mAh—is priced the same as or lower than those with less capacity.
What do you think? Could it be too good to be true, or is it worth the gamble?
