what is the circulation spread of the journal?
how long does it take for the submitted work to come out in the journal?

You don't have to be frustrated nor depressed because that could lead to some thing else which will not be palatable, like swallowing a hard nut down the throat.

Personal development is good and we need it so much, in fact it is a necessary thing to be done by humanity.
The power of the Human mind is so great and has not been harnessed to an average level.
Employment and unemployment at an stage the mind comes into play, even in entrepreneurship.

I love those words, motivational quotes can serve as fuel to us, I have been in situations where I look at motivational and inspirational words and I get energized.

But what will give me the continuous energy and zeal to move forward and achieve.

Success I know is going from one point of failure to another level of achievement picking up the pieces along the line.

But I think there is a way to change the thoughts in the mind, the way the mind has been set.

I have heard this statement made several times, that one has to change his or her mindset, but over the years I personally have been wondering how to go about this.
To be honest I have tried several methods and I could not say they have worked because I still had the same results and the same thinking habit till I came across this one.
It seems to me there is a world of good here. This will change something on the inside no matter the situation, even in a health related situation...
