Other expensive options are Finland, Netherlands, Sweden, Ireland. Your money will get you there but it’s going to be a bit hard to sustain your self for the first few months. I say this because I’m a big fan of paying your full tuition before migrating, it lifts a lot of pressure from you. To work and pay school fees isn’t beans. You need to use your study time to also pick up a skill in I.T or else where, and you need to be good at it. When you are very good, you’ll get a good job in the long run.
