Do u see a future in the company??

is he trying to nurture you for a better role after graduation or what.,...??

I dont know how much ur tution is but there is no cheap school these days.... Paying ur tuition and school expenses is something more than tangible .....

60k is small...but.....Be patient ..If u have not started ur own thing at all....i suggest u start your business on the side first while you still work for him...
Stand on your feet first ..... Graduate oooo.....

Then if there is nothing there for you ...take a hike...
To answer whether I see a future in it, the honest answer is no. It’s a hospitality job, and the constant disrespect and humiliation I face every day is really affecting me embarassed .

As for starting something on the side, I did try once, but it didn’t work out because I wasn’t able to be fully present. I’d have loved to go into more detail, but I’m keeping things private to protect my identity.

I so much appreciate your contribution

Good afternoon everyone. I am a 24 year old lady currently working as a receptionist for a very influential man. Since I started this job, he has been extremely kind to me and truly treats me like his own daughter. About two months after I resumed work, he told me I was too smart not to be in school, and that was how he enrolled me in the university. He has been paying for everything related to my education, and I have only worked with him for about seven months.

The issue now is that the job is really affecting me. The salary is 60,000 naira, and it is honestly not enough to last me through the month. Most times, I am already in debt before the end of the month. On top of that, some customers are very rude and insulting, and it is starting to affect me mentally.
I have been thinking of starting something of my own with my baking and cooking skills, but I do not know how to tell him that I want to leave. I have several skills that could help me earn better, but I barely have time to work on them because of this job.

How do I explain my decision to him without sounding ungrateful, especially considering how much he has helped me?

Mod please, let this get to the front page
