Chief same situation am facing. Cannot pay my staff promptly yet patients keep pleading. If I show you our debtors list you will cry for me. Yet bills keep coming every month from various agencies and groups affiliated with the govt. Am currently planning on closing down the hospital.

I had a case of burst abdomen before.
Its not usually surgeon's fault
Nylon 1 or 2 can b used but I prefer Nylon2 or Vicyl 1. Its a matter of choice or availability.

Common cause of burst abdomen are:

Dirty contaminated wound like bullet wound
Midline incision which is used for this kind of case
Quality of antibiotics
Immediate care from site of shot to the hospital
Delay in wound care
Etc


Although attitude at govt hospital is not encouraging that is why private hospital are available but you have to pay good money.

They should just allow the hospital be cos the cannot win a case like this.


Tips to immediate care after bullet wound to the abdomen : just get a clean towel to pack the intestine avoid touching with bear hands. Get to hospital immediately.

Female orgasm just like male orgasm is quite different from sexual pleasure.

There are so many things experienced at the same time during orgasm in a woman but how many woman in our society had experience any of such things.

It is documented that about 10% of women will never experience orgasm but that is in the white ( among Canadian) but has high as ?50% in Africans even after adjusting issue of female circumcision.

Major signs of orgasm documented are : intense sexual pleasures, involuntary pelvic muscle contractions with occasional shaking of the lower limbs I.e legs, profused vaginal secretion etc.

Two major factors that has been documented to increase the chances of orgasm are stimulation of the clitoris and center of gravity. So women that are completely circumcised I.e type 4 genital mutilation ( removal of the entire clitoris, labial minors) can still experience orgasm provided her sexual partner can hit the center of gravity hard.

So general questions to you ladies; I mean the sexually active ladies : have you ever experience orgasm, how often, are you circumcised, or ogasm is just a mind set or a myth

Female Circumcision ( or genital mutilation) is bad but circumcised lady still enjoy sex very well - depending on the sex partner

But orgasm in female is different from sexual pleasure. Most ladies havent experienced orgasm b4 even with many years of sexual experiences.

So is female orgasm a myth or met for some "chosen"
