Good place to live as per enjoyment you meant, yes it is because we like illegality and unlawful act for Nigeria which makes it free for you to enjoy but living in a country where the government are not doing the right thing and putting the citizens in hardship with bad roads and poor electricity is a no no for me. It so disheartening moving around and see the citizens suffer to enjoy what God have blessed them with just because we have a bad leaders and unlawful government. That not a good way to live.
