Sorry for my poor service towards that,but sir talking of vandalising at the security side,bro most times this car normally get released out at night whereby as I am making sure I'm bringing ur car out likewise im doing same for others and most of you people wouldn't like it to come to port at the expected date you're told your car would be out at the end it won't so I'll always make sure to confirm the car is out before giving notice

That's fine, apology accepted, these things do happen sometimes, we just have to look for ways to reduce the chances of things like this happening.
Like I said earlier I like the fact you don't cut corners with paying duties, please keep it up.

Just a piece of advise for you.

You are very honest in the sense that you tend to pay the right duties and all that, which I truly appreciate but I must admit that you can be very wreckless with the way you handle someone's car after clearing.

The last time you cleared a car for me you were very wreckless with where you kept the car, you delayed in informing my sister to come pick the car and due to these a few components were stolen from the car in the yard you kept it.

Going forward, plz ensure your clients are on ground to receive their car as soon as it goes through the port gate, this you can do by updating them as to when their car will be out. This is what a lot of other agents do to minimize cases of vandalism and also to exonerate yourself in the event of vandalism.

I understand it can be busy for you but again if other agents can do it, you can can do better.
