Why is Peter Obi who came 3rd in last election a nightmare to Tinubu supporters? Why are they sweating too much over him? Why?
This is setting the records straight. PO took advantage of the system and wants to play the victim.
Politics › Re: APC Plans To Release El-Rufai After 2027 Election – ADC by erniok(m): 5:22pm On Jul 10
AMINDA:
If playing smart means cowering before Tinubu and singing the mandate song, then he is not smart. The DSS was waiting to arrest him at the airport upon his voluntary return to Nigeria. He hadn't granted the interview then so what was that about? Tinubu was always going to have Elrufai arrested and it's because of the fear we talk about. He knows Elrufai made him president and can unmake him. It's all part of the hounding of opposition and opposition parties but 2027 is inevitable.
Even if he knew the DSS was waiting to arest him, saying he was aware that the NSA phone was wiretapped was a very d7mb move but he was so cocky believing nothing would happen to him.

So Elrufai singlehandedly made him president right. The delusion of grandeur is what has been affecting you and your principal.

Honesty should be everyone's life policy. It's simply practicing the golden rule. Good to read such inspiring story.
Politics › Re: APC Plans To Release El-Rufai After 2027 Election – ADC by erniok(m): 10:50am On Jul 10
AMINDA:
Tinubu lives in morbid fear of Elrufai and knows Elrufai will engineer his defeat at the polls in the same way that he made him president. That's why he has him incarcerated for a bailable offense while shielding his Chief of Staff and other appointees who have been fingered in shady deals times without number. To the snake oil merchants who will come here talking about the played out "wiretapping" cliché, Tinubu was already hell-bent on detaining Elrufai leading into 2027. This was why attempts was made to arrest him at the airport upon his voluntary return to Nigeria. That was before the interview. Plus, one does not automatically become guilty of a crime by mere talks. You can't be charged for confessing to a murder when a dead body does not exist. He has since been kept by the ICPC who has no jurisdiction whatsoever to persecute issues bothering on wiretapping. The good thing is that 2027 is inevitable and the tables will turn in a short while from now.
Na here dem dey see you.

So he deliberately played into their hands right? Your principal doesn't play smart considering sounded so cocky in that interview.

Anyway, this is beer parlour gist and you know it.

Politics › Re: DSS Detains Journalist Zainab Sodiq Over Drone by erniok(m): 8:12am On Jul 09
shortgun:
This is not correct.
You don't need EUC to possess drones in Nigeria.
Operating drones in the country is only subject to NCAA regulations.
EUC is only required during importation and it stops there.
There are millions of videographers with drones all over the country, even kids have toy drones mounted with hd cameras.
How did you get the drones since we don't have local manufacturers.

It'd be wise to get it from your buyer if you're getting a used one.

Someone once said that when it comes to internet hacking or scamming, We're not even a scratch compared to the biggest cybercriminals in the world. According to him, our biggest problem is noise. We love to show off, and that makes us vulnerable, easier to track, and easier to arrest.

You're in another man's country, yet you failed to consider the security implications of showing off. He should be thankful the South African authorities got to him before those urchins (irresponsible ones) did. Things could have ended much worse.
Where he resides might nit be easily accessible to the urchins.

Ah ha...guess you know this family well little wonder why you so strongly defended their inaction.

I never advocated to separating anything. Scream for help or go and get people to come to the scene. Unless she's unstable mentally, she would stop that crime.

I'm just using the 911 as an instance. I'm very sure awareness was already created instantly when it was happening. It's not bad for one wise person to film fhe scenes for evidence later. I10 people can do the reduce mission while one person do the video.
Watch the video. If there was awareness, they would have mentioned it. Just 2 scared ladies hiding to video a crime. The woman in that video was using the knife to slap the girl. If she had wanted to harm her, na so those fowls for just dey record am without getting help.

So if you see someone with weapon and then you called 911 or whatever you need to call, it is bad to do a video recording for evidence sake abi? Or you think it's safe for you to carry yourself unarmed to the rescue and kpai in the process?
Dial 911 in Nigeria? Are you for real? The time they were recording, they could have gone for help and the voices and recording showed they were never going to help.

This is Nigeria. People still have shame because of their contacts. If those ladies start shouting for help in the neighbourhood, that woman would have immediately put an end to that nonsense.

I wish you this kind of assistance when you face a similar situation so we can have our online video evidence.
Business › Re: 'I Make N2.5million Monthly': Corn Seller Sparks Social Media Debate(video) by erniok(m): 12:05am On Jul 07
Gbadugbakun:
‎Many of the people calling her a liar may not fully understand how small businesses work.
‎
‎A bag of corn currently costs around ₦45,000 and typically contains 50–60 ears, depending on their size. If she's buying directly from farmers or wholesalers on the outskirts of Lagos, her cost price could be even more competitive.
‎
‎Let's do a simple calculation. If a bag contains 60 ears and each one sells for ₦500, that's ₦30,000 in revenue from the corn alone. She could also generate additional income by selling complementary items like ube and coconut, which usually carry healthy profit margins.
‎
‎In a high-traffic location, offering both boiled and roasted corn alongside ube and coconut could significantly increase sales volume. If, for example, she sells three bags' worth of corn in a day, that's about ₦90,000 in daily revenue from corn sales alone. Over 25 working days (excluding Sundays), that amounts to approximately ₦2.25 million in gross revenue, and that's before factoring in the extra income from ube and coconut.
‎
‎Of course, gross revenue is not the same as profit. Expenses such as purchasing stock, transportation, charcoal or cooking fuel, labour, rent (if applicable), and other operating costs would need to be deducted. However, the main point remains: with the right location, consistent customer traffic, and good business management, it's entirely possible for a corn-selling business to generate up to ₦2 million or more in monthly revenue.
Best way us to ask a local corn seller her gross monthly revenue. Not content creators.
