Nnamdi Kanu will only get pardon from Tinubu after his conviction, so he should face justice first and stop delaying tactics. Tinubu will not intervene with the justice system in such a manner people of the SE expect.

Let the judiciary decide Kanu fate either by conviction or whatever, it's after the conviction that Tinubu can pardon him but I don't think President will order his release just like that. These people should warn Kanu about his delaying tactics to stop alleging Judges unnecessarily.
