You guys should stop harassing Prof Afe Babalola, you can't determine how he reacts to his personal matter, maybe you will know how it feels to be tarnished at the apex of ones existence when you reach 90years. Farotimi said they should all go to court and they are there, so what's the noise

Why not till mid next year. Once they get him bailed out,the rest will be their usual delay tactics till the case is messed up with technicality.

Dele Farotimi messed up honestly. I don't think he will be able to finish this battle for the next 3 years because the Supreme Court/Judiciary has every reason to sue him or sanction him like every other individual mentioned or blackmailed in his book. Eventually, the judiciary he rubbished will have to be the institution to adjudicate his matter. What a foolish man!

By the next hearing date, the magistrate will be unavailable. This will be a lesson to people who blackmail at will and ask you to go to court, that they can't do that shiit to everybody. I hope VDM will learn from this that that his trainee lawyer may not save him all the time and that not all people send social media noise which is the only strength of these people in support of lies, blackmail, cyberbulling

Everybody and institution, Supreme court mentioned in Farotimi book should Sue Farotimi. The man is reckless and uncouth

No doubt,a fight against Chief Afe is a fight against Ekiti. Farotimi deserves a sanction from NJC for tarnishing the image of the supreme court if eventually he could not sufficiently prove his allegations

If you commit serious offence against a legal luminary or small lawyer and you are not dealt with that means that person is not a lawyer.

VDM should commit another Innuendos against Chief Afe and see whether he will not be dealt with. You tarnish an over 90 years old man in this manner, Based on his age how long time does he have to rebuild his image.

There are two ways to deal with defamation and he chose one he thinks is the best, nobody can teach another how to deal with his personal issues. VDM and some people with evil motive want Baba to chose a civil way in dealing with his matter having recognized there are two ways in dealing with it. I don't know how Farotim is expected to win a case against Afe when the law is against Farotimi. Farotimi will also lose this one against him. You can't win a bad case against a good.

So, Deji can apologize but he could not advise VDM like a brother on how far apology can go in stopping some legal issues VDM has. Though VDM is very stubborn but his lawyers can help him if they are not after is money only or attention

Ekiti state government and Ekiti indigene should stand behind Afe in this matter, As it stands now, if Afe is disgraced,Ekiti is disgraced

Farotim did not only rubbish Chief Afe but also the Supreme court. If Farotim could eventually unable to prove his grave allegations against Afe, Supreme court should punish or sanction Farotimi thatafter, and accelerated hearing should be given to the case because of the age of Chief Afe, the over 90 years old legal luminary

You have absolutely NO right to spread disinformation and attack Ifedayo Olarinde (Freeze) here with your limited knowledge. Freeze and Tobi are simply friends the SAME way that the young man Davido and Obi Cubana are friends to Tobi. INFACT it's Davido that is a member of Tobi's Church which draws celebs and youths. Just last month, all of them were in London together and took pictures with Tobi. Coincidentally, I follow Ifedayo "Freeze" Olarinde, and Obi Cubana, etc, on IG, and I saw the videos and group pictures that Freeze, his wife Taste Buds, Davido, and Obi Cubana took with Tobi in London

I particularly have been against Tobi's excessive flamboyant lifestyle of wearing luxury designer cloths and driving fast luxury supercars because you need a life of moderation in the United Kingdom as a person who guides people in a religious space whether you are a Buddhist, Hindu, Taoist, Xtian or what ever. Also, his style of being flamboyant could attract the wrong set of young people with not so pure intentions despite the FACT that he might have been doing that to draw younger age groups and celebs into his place of worship.

Last but not least, Ifedayo Freeze Olarinde was born in Romania (which makes him a European Union passport holder and citizen, therefore he travels easily around the world without restrictions) to a Nigerian medical doctor father from Osun State and a Romanian mother who read law. She currently is member of staff of a Nigerian University.

You did not get my points here. I did not mentioned Freez because he's moving with Tobi like Davido , Cabuna,,, but for calling out pastors constantly about Tithe and other issues without seeing Pastor Tobi dack sides. The issue here Freeze moral right.

Whether Afe follows the way either criminal charges against this man or Civil one, you guys will still support him against Afe and people willl still check for his book anyways.
