Hello pls when i checked the ois website the first prompt was passport available for pick up at VI can i still choose another location

Pls if anyone has had a successful interview how long did it take to get your passport back

Anybody that paid before 23rd of November still in preapproval?

Good morning house, for two months after my last interview I have been unable to create another appointment. It keeps showing me ‘pending appointment request’ from the last interview. Please does anyone know how I can go about this I already raised a ticket and called them multiple times.

i paid on the 22nd of November around 6pm
