TravelRe: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by es7777: 4:44pm On Jul 11, 2019
[quote author=bellong Welcome back bro. I have a question on-behalf of my friend. He got married to an Australian late 2017 and they lodged their partner visa 309 Jan of 2018. The Australian wife has visited Lagos 3 times after the wedding and they’ve both taken trips to Singapore, Mozambique and Vietnam for holidays with everything documented and supplied to the migration agent in Aussi who deputized for them with the immigration. Their day to day communication / chat is always submitted to the agent weekly so it can be uploaded to their immi accnt. He has done d medicals, police report and every other thing required of him. The wife also change her passport details to my friend family name, news paper publication that her name is officially in her husband name, medical card, drivers license, bank info and place her husband for the superannuation just to proof that the relationship is genuine and real. The process for 309 visa is 14 to 19 months and this month makes it 18 month. My friend received an email first week of June that his application : We are writing to inform you that your application for a Partner (Provisional) visa is in progress. Your application takes time to process as we complete a number of thorough checks. He’s been thinking about this a lot if this is a sign that grant is coming ? your advice will be much appreciated Bro.

A friend received the following message for his 309 partner visa : We are writing to inform you that your application for a Partner (Provisional) visa is in progress. Your application takes time to process as we complete a number of thorough checks.

Please house, is this a good sign ? In 3 weeks from now, it will be 18month since he applied and the average processing time falls between 14 to 19 months. Will appreciate a good answer
