AdvertsI Can't Let Them Go ! by escortafrik(op): 8:12am On May 16
Hello everyone, help me please , my mind is in a complete mess now, I cry myself to sleep every day.

My story goes like this, I got married 15 years ago and for the first 5 years of my marriage, I couldn’t have children. Those years were honestly the hardest period of my life. The pressure, the tears, the prayers, the comments from people pretending to “encourage” me while indirectly mocking me… it was a lot. My husband stood by me, but emotionally I was breaking.

Then my younger sister, who has always been very stubborn and reckless, got pregnant for a man she wasn’t even serious with. She eventually gave birth to twin babies, a boy and a girl.
At that time she was struggling badly, moving from one place to another, clubbing, drinking, disappearing for days. One morning she brought the babies to my house, saying she wanted me to help her keep them “for a while” because she had gotten a small job in another state,

That “while” turned into years.

She stopped calling regularly. Sometimes months would pass without hearing from her. The father of the children was also irresponsible then and nowhere to be found.
Whenever she managed to pick my calls she would say after all I had no kids of my own so why was I complaining that she has given them to me and I should keep them for life.
My husband and I practically became parents overnight. We paid hospital bills, school fees, fed them, stayed awake during illnesses, attended PTA meetings, birthdays, everything. Those children called me mummy naturally before they even turned 3.

I loved them with everything in me.

Ironically, after raising them for some years, I eventually got pregnant myself and today I have two biological children too. So our home is full of 4 children who have grown up together as siblings. The twins are now 10 years old and my own kids are younger.

Now the problem started three months ago.

My sister suddenly returned looking completely transformed. According to her, she has given her life a new direction and has reconciled with the twins’ father and they want to get married traditionally so she says she wants “her children” back so they can finally live as a proper family.

At first I thought she was joking.

These children barely know her. They cry whenever she tries to force closeness. My son and daughter see them as their elder siblings. Even my husband is deeply attached to them. Removing them from this house feels like tearing apart our entire family.

But my sister insists that I have no right to keep her children, thats she has changed her mind . She said I should be grateful she allowed me “borrow happiness” when I had no children of my own. That statement broke me completely.

I got angry and told her over my dead body would she just appear after several years and carry children she abandoned like old clothes. Now she’s threatening court action and saying the law will support her because she’s their biological mother.

The painful part is that many family members are begging me to let the children go peacefully to avoid drama. They keep saying, “You now have your own children,” as if love works like replacement.

How do I suddenly stop being their mother after all these years?

The twins themselves are refusing to go with her. The boy cried and asked if he did something wrong. Since then I haven’t slept properly.

My husband says we should fight for custody if possible because emotionally those children are ours already. But my mother says if I drag my own sister to court, the family may never recover from it.

Please if you were in my shoes, what would you do?

RomanceHe Wants Me To Move In by escortafrik(op): 4:59pm On May 13
Hello guys, I really need your advice because I’ve been turning this over in my head and I don’t want to make a mistake.

So a bit of background… I’m in my final year at the university, just trying to finish with good grades and figure out what’s next for my life.

A close friend of mine introduced me to her cousin a few months ago. He’s doing really well for himself, stable, calm, and very intentional in how he carries himself.

We got along pretty quickly and things moved from just talking to a serious relationship faster than I expected, but it has been good so far.

Now the situation is this… he wants me to move in with him.

At first, I thought maybe it’s just excitement and love growing fast, but he’s been consistent about it and says it’s because he sees a future with me and wants us to start building our life together properly. I do like him a whole lot , and part of me likes the idea of us being together in that way, like a real couple sharing everyday life.

But I spoke to my friends and they are not having it at all. They keep telling me that once I move in, it might reduce the chances of marriage happening, that men can get too comfortable and stop seeing the need to “formalise” things. Even his cousin who introduced us is saying I shouldn’t as well but I’m quite surprised because this guy has been so good to me in every aspect of my life.

Now I’m stuck in the middle. I don’t want to act based on fear, but I also don’t want to ignore advice that could save me from future regret.

So I’m asking honestly… what do you think I should do in this situation?

During their hosting segment, the duo recreated the now-viral moment from The Return of Arinze premiere, where Funke Akindele allegedly appeared to snub Toyin Abraham on the red carpet.

And Toyin and Funke’s reactions were totally unpredictable.
