TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by EseFUF: 5:15am On Jun 11, 2025
Good morning @ Eraytee and everyone who can be of help.
It's urgent
Pls I need you to send me a copy of pay slip. Pls I need it to prepare one for my spouse. I got admitted in Dalhousie University for fall 2025. My spouse wants to go with me and I am the one applying with only my bank statement. He is not showing any bank statement. I wrote on my SOP that for my remaining expenses for the other months of my program my husband has promised to be responsible for the bills. My spouse is actually the director of his company; do I just want to prepare a pay slip that I can add to my application.
Tnx

Then will they have thesame benefits as a dependant of someone with study permit?

Any with ideal on work permit. Can the spouse and children move with the person with the job offer Or does it depend on the kind of job? Someone pls enlighten me.

Hi EseFUF,

1. Ensure your spouse is eligible for it, depending on the course and duration of your study.
2. Write a well detailed statement of purpose (with heading: Application for Spouse open work permit)
3. Fill the required form on the application portal.
4. check for utube video and watch.
5. Check previous post on this platform.
6. Commit it to God's hands in prayer.
I pray this helps as i don't have info on what you have done so far. Regards,

Wow your wife is a Nurse, you are as good as been in Canada already. Tell her to evaluate her credentials with WES and she should go write the IELTS exam asap and join the pool. So many provinces are sending nominations to Nurses because it’s a high demand profession here. I hope you also know this journey is capital intensive compared to the pre-COVID era? Hit me up if you need more information or better go through page 1, all information you need is there.
CrimeRe: Abi Otedola’s Airjara Vanishes With N1.7m Lagos Man Paid For Canadian Work Permi by EseFUF: 8:09am On Mar 20, 2025
Good morning all
Pls who has heard about MULTI GLOBAL VISA ULTIMATE LTD located in Lagos. Are they genuine?
Pls I need your advice on this decision am about to make.
I actually have an acceptance letter to study in 1 of the Universities in Canada (MSc program)
In the process of sourcing for fund to complete what I already have I spoke to a friend who happens to know someone that works with the above mentioned company that does work permit arrangement.
So I am planning to abandon the study offer I have and follow the work permit route.
My concern is, what if the work permit route fails then it will already be late to apply for study visa with the university offer letter.
Pls I need your advice

So were you still given work permit even with the fact that you stated that you are just going to settle in for 8 weeks then return to your home country.
I just got a letter of acceptance at Dalhousie University and I am planning to relocate with my hubby and 3 kids. I am just thinking how we can convince the visa officer that we will be returning to our home country after my studies. Please all i need your advice on this.
Tnx in advance

I appreciate and congratulate you on your PR achievement, but please stop giving false hope with ur statements 'you will see work tired.' It is a bogus and unrealistic claim given the current state of Canada, where many professionals are struggling to find jobs. Even survival jobs are not easy to get, as more and more people are arriving in Canada, but job creation is not keeping up with the increasing population.l pray God help many new arrival struggling to found work or in a low pay job that hardly covers increasing cost of living.
[qGoouote author=Emma549 post=134287966]I am back to this thread to give you my people latest update.

We are now PRs.
As i write this, My wife is still a student but now a DOMESTIC STUDENT.

SAME GOD!!!!!!!
he did the study permit for us and in less than a year of entering this land he gave us our Permanent Residency. Good evening, pls how can I contact so you can put me through in this family visa application. I just got admitted into Dalhousie University for fall 2025

We had a strategy and God helped us.
Getting here as a COREN Registered Electrical engineer from Nigeria, I looked around and discovered it’s easier to get PR with Trade skills and so i started my ELECTRICIAN trade pursuit, applied to challenge the interprovincial RED Seal exam,
Got approved to write the exam within 2 years and four attempts.
I researched for Red seal past questions online and discovered it was a tough one, i went to the college on my city and requested to see the instructor of the trade for level 4 apprentices, He recommended the CSA online electrical practice exam 1 year subscription, which i paid $90 for.
Sincerely, chances that an uneducated Nigeria Electrician will pass the exam is almost zero as me as a University graduate of the electrical engineering studied hard to prepare for the exam,
It took me five months to prepare and i passed on my first attempt.(pass mark is 70%).
The Red seal gave me 50point in my CRS score and got ITA for PR.

The PR journey story is long and i cant cover all in a single writing.
If you will want to get more details or guide you can always send me a message. I will be glad to assist
