Fuel subsidy is a scam.

Modular refineries will make price of fuel fall drastically.

Do you know that same Dangote you hailed will sell fuel at #2,000 a liter if he gets the monopoly of the market he is seeking?

Anyway, modular refineries are easy to setup and tell you brother TINUBU and his Oando cartel why their refinery in Malta is refining crude and exporting to NIGERIA at $$$ rates? While I'm not against the appointment of Ambassadors, maybe it's time to do a CBA( cost benefit analysis) of such appointments. What is the real opportunity cost. Esp when we look at past governments vs current status... what benefit did Nigeria really lose?
