What can one do if the expected entry date to Canada have passed for visiting visa, and application is processing. Biometric shows on the portal but not updated on tracker

You qualify as RN if you process your registration Alberta. You don't need NNAS too. You qualify for EE. Make sure your IELTS is General. With your profile, you are so qualified. They only need 3 years of experience.

I need advice from those with experience on Canada Express Entry.

I’m planning to apply for PR under Express Entry. I am married with children.

My questions are:

Is it better to apply with my wife and children now, or
Apply alone and sponsor them later after PR?

I understand that family members must be declared even if they are non-accompanying.
I want to know which option is safer, faster, and has fewer risks of refusal in the long run.

I’ll appreciate advice from anyone who has gone through this process or has solid knowledge.

As a student in Canada, can I apply for express entry if I have qualification to get enough point depending on my foreign profile, or do I have to wait till I'm done?

How do you guys cope with Indians in class?
Feels so frustrating. 18 of us in class, only me Nigerian, 17 Indians. These people don't speak any english, and they only communicate in their language. I feel so lost! Waste of 20k honestly

Changing to masters program depends on alot though.

First, if she wants to apply for a visit visa, I will advise you get in first and stay atleast a month before you invite them so you have a solid logical reasoning of inviting them.
The challenge is your program is just 8 months and the application could easily be rejected for purpose of visit as why are you suddenly inviting them when your program will be done in next u months and you are returning to your country. You understand my point right?
But you can give it a try, in the past, it use to easily fly but since the whole thing became tighter, getting a visit visa has become difficult and most applications are easily dismissed for purpose of visit.
As for her going to school, isn't that waste of funds? It's not going to be easy both of you studying and having to try work part time and still take care of the kids.

Good morning, and my sincere apologies for this refusal. Could you kindly explain how you calculated the average monthly expenditure reported in your application?? I understand that expenses can vary from month to month, but one approach could have been to add your expenses over the past three months and then divide the total by three. You could have also mentioned this method in the 'Additional Information' section of the application to clarify how the reported monthly expenditure was determined.

This is the spending in 3 months.
December: 627,684.29
November: 1,247,637.08
October: 432,104.23
September: 470,545.84

How ever since salary is 143k, we thought to use amount less than salary

I uploaded the new LOA via webform. I was able to defer to January

I just applied for it. I submitted July 28

My study permit was just refused because of this. Does it mean my bank statement and other documents is accepted. And also, how do I order GCMS note?

You said Conestoga revoked your admission. Then you applied for a deferment. For Conestoga to revoke your admission, it means you're no longer admitted by the school into any of the academic session. You can't defer what you don't have anymore. You will have to reapply into the same course program. If IRCC contact Conestoga to confirm your LOA, Conestoga would simply tell them that your admission has been revoked.

They allowed deferral, and currently they are processing the deferral. Just waiting for new LOA

When did you apply for deferment? I deferred 14 days before classes was supposed to start. Exactly a week later, they approved my deferment and I was given a new LOA and Receipt.
