Please is anyone aware if JAMB change of Course/Institution for 2018/2019 session commenced? If so when would it come to an end? If not when would it start? I need to be kept abreast with information on this issue. Thanks.

My daughter scores 260 in the just concluded UTME, has average of B2 s in 5 relevant O Level subjects, falls within the catchment territory, a female, Unilag as first choice and course intended to study is MECHANICAL ENGINEERING.. Does she stand any chance, all things being equal. Thanks.

My daughter said about 30 new supplementary candidates were offered admission into her dept in Education this week

Do lectures for full time/ regular students hold on saturdays? When is the screening/registration of freshers closing?

Good morning everybody here. Please how does one resolve this problem: we uploaded and submitted via student portal all documents requested for except the admission letter that wasn't ready as at the time of doing this. Now when the admission letter is ready, it's been pretty difficult to effect the uploading as the message that keep on coming indicates that "you have successfully uploaded your documents". Please, I will appreciate your candid suggestions for a way out. Thanks.

Bro! This isn't a unilag issue o. Since your daughter's name came out on the merit list and can login to her unilag portal but she has nt gotten admitted on CAPS. You should go to the nearest Jamb head office in Lagos to complain and rectify the status. All the best!

I know of someone who got admitted to french not french education. She had her name on the merit list and has completed registration on Wednesday. But for students under education, you guys just need to keep your faith high, things will be sorted after strike.. All is well

Thank you my brother. My daughter's name happened to be the only one on the previously released merit list for French Education. Although, we have access to the student portal but till now she has not been prompted to acceptance of admission on JAMB CAPS consequently we are unable to print admission letter. Hence my worries.

My daughter was on the merit list, she could login into student portal but she intends to travel down to Lagos next week for her registration. However, there is this outstanding issue of inability to print admission letter because JAMB is yet to prompt her on CAPS for admission STATUS.

How about someone who was on the merit list released sometimes ago, have access to student portal but without admission letter yet because JAMB is yet to offer admission on CAPS? Would such person be cleared as well?

Cap is no longer on jamb site anymore; even i was unable to login to check my admission status.

Check jamb caps for your admission status, as far as u r not involved in the upgrading of result .

As regards my daughter's case, up till this moment no admission has been offered her through JAMB CAPS notwithstanding the fact that her name was the only one for her course in the controversial merit list and I can assure you that we know no one "there" not to talk of the so called illegal "upgrading". But I'm happy to say that we are able to access the student portal for the necessary registration procedure. The only issue outstanding now is JAMB admission letter. How does one go about this. Any clue on how to go about this?

The saving grace for Jonathan regime is that the regime was unable to come back otherwise austerity measures would have been worst than this. The regime disguised and hid/denied some of the negative indicators that was manifesting then all because it did not want to joepadise the chance of 2nd term.

she has not been prompted to take any action so no rejection/acceptance action has been taken

More specifically, has anybody in English Edu or French Edu been offered admission through JAMB Caps? My child's name was the only one that appeared on merit list (for her course) that was withdrawn but uptill now admission status in JAMB caps keep on indicating "Not Admitted". We do not know what the problem is all about. Labodinho and others, your comments on this will be appreciated.
