I don't think it matters for now cos our portal won't be activated until the NASU strike is called off.
Some medical students did their screening yesterday(I was in school). I'll do mine today.

How about someone who was on the merit list released sometimes ago, have access to student portal but without admission letter yet because JAMB is yet to offer admission on CAPS? Would such person be cleared as well?

for the screening but doesn't have the original(colored) of the birth certificate, he only has the photocopy. he has done a declaration of age(colored) for that.. should he go with both the DOB cert. and declaration of age?.

Keep checking CAPS on your Jamb profile. For now, no DE aspirant has been admitted. To your second question, can I see a screenshot of how it looks like now? Though what you really need now on your Jamb profile is the CAPS section.
