My protection date expires 2morrow. I tried opening a dispute but AliExpress said I should wait till it expires before opening it. What should I do

I'm having the same issue. I order something from aliexpress too. It arrived on the 14th of this month but not to my state. I stay at Ibadan and it was sent to Akure. It saying unsuccessful delivery, Reason : At addressee's request Measure :Item forwarded/redirected. I went to the post office at Ibadan General Post office but the say the parcel is not mine that I should contact the seller. I contacted the seller and also opened a dispute for refund but aliexpress said since the parcel is still saying unsuccessful delivery the can't refund me yet. I have to waited for 5 days now and the order hasn't been delivered. I don't know what to do now.
