I want to choose date buts bringing up that I must upgrade to superpriority but I dont want it. Please how do I go about it.

Please I'm in a cross road. I applied for tier 4 visa biometric and interview done on 29th with priority and I called them but they said it's in progress. Please how can I escalate my case with UKVI. I need response please. I can't eat again
