Reapply for your visa asap. If you fill your form carefully and add all relevant supporting documents, you will surely get the visa.

Start by filling the visa form and ask for help if you need it. Pray! God is still the owner of your destiny.
Thank you, ma. I honestly do not have issues with reapplying even today as all documents are intact. But my financial circumstances as revealed on my bank statement might be picked on. Although i have a sponsor in the UK that's ready to foot all bills even to my priority visa application. But I can only present evidence of 700k in my salary account with both salary credits and expenses well defined . But it's just 2 months.

Also, can the offer letter and email exchange be used as supporting documents?

Pleasew note that your managers and or interviewers are oblivious of HR checks, just pray and ask the line manager to intercede on your behalf with the HR, every department na boss in their line , and nothing your line manager can do than to intersede
Yes, i mailed the manager, but no response yet. In fact, the manager has been there every step of the way right from the time i got the physical interview invite in which i mailed her that i'd like to do virtual because i'm not in the UK up till the recruitment checks that's also meant to be physical. And I equally mailed her and they changed it to virtual. In all these, i carried the manager along about my visa refusal.

The screenshot below was when i got the mail for physical ID check. I mailed her immediately and this was her response

I'm really in a state of dilemma.

So here's the thing, I was hoping to write my OSCE exam on the 12th of March, but I got refused, So, before then, I had done an interview with a certain trust sometime in January.

So after the interview, I got an email that they are unable to employ me now, but they will get back to me after they've done internal findings on whether they should create a second position for me. I was glad, at least that was not a rejection mail or an unfortunate mail.

So, I kept hope alive, hoping that by the time they are done with their internal findings, I would have secured my visa to come and write OSCE. Although during the interview, they discussed about me having to write my OSCE by the time I get there that they have an in-house trainer. I even told them during the interview that I was even planning to come and write my OSCE myself. And they were more glad to hear that.

So, later sometime this month, I think it was last week, I got a mail from the trust that I have been employed. In fact, it was explicitly stated in the email the manager sent “welcome to the team”. So, the conditional offer letter came. I got in the process of recruitment checks. So, it was during the recruitment checks that the HR or the recruitment assistant that was assigned to me started demanding for the OSCE certificate or evidence as part of the credentials needed to be checked.

I told her that my visa was refused and there is no way I can apply for another visa because it takes a process to getting it done. I also enquired whether the trust offers COS, but the reply she gave was that they cannot offer me any COS until I have passed my OSCE which she even said must be in one attempt .

My concern is, why didn't the interviewers mention this at all during my conversations with them? They were even the one telling me that when I come over, I would have to be trained for OSCE, that they have a particular OSCE trainer that would train me and all that. And now it’s different from what the recruitment assistant is saying, that I would have to be fully registered with NMC, that is, passing my OSCE before I can be given a COS.

I'm really at a crossroads. I don't know what to do. I sent a mail to the manager for further clarification. She's currently not at work. The issue is rebooking the OSCE is not my problem, but getting a guaranteed visa is . What do you think I can do? Can this job offer and other email exchange serve as a valid evidence for ECO to grant me visa to come for the exam? As it stands now sef, I can only provide 2 months evidence of bank statement February and March.

It might help if you share the refusal letter so people can give better-tailored suggestions.
However, from what you’ve written, these are my opinions:

1. Forget that agent completely. As you have now learned, most of them are completely useless. They might not only lead to your visa being denied, but they might also do things that could get you banned for 10 years.
Thank you so much for your prompt response. In fact, going through the pages of this forum alone, i've learnt in two days what took me six months to understand. And, I can say agents are clueless of people's personal circmstances. They think it is "one size fits all".

2. Since you are going for an exam, being unable to afford the trip (and therefore having a sponsor) is fine. Still, you must paint a picture of your own circumstances here in Nigeria. Since you are working, add a letter from your employer granting you leave to write the exams. Attach your employment letter and salary slips for at least three months.
Yes, I have all my documents intact, the only docment i'll be getting again is the letter of introduction from my employer which most times involves bureaucratic process.

3. Use your salary account alone. Let the only credits be your salary, and the debits should correspond to whatever answer you give for the “how much do you spend each month” question.
Here's my plan for the next 3 months, kindly, help assess it.

Opening balance for feb = 500k( i'd print from 16th feb)
Expenses so far in feb = 70k
salary in feb = 182k
closing balance for feb = 612k

***********
Opening balance for March = 612k
Expenses in March = 70k
Salary in March = 182k
Closing balance for March= 724k

***********
Opening balance for April = 724k
Expenses in April = 70k
Salary in April = 182k
Closing balance for April= 836k

And then, how do i navigate the part where they ask for additional income? What would i select there? Although, within these 3 months, my husband would most likely send some money for support towards the exam.

4. Add your sponsor’s account statement. Add proof of your relationship with them and why they are interested in you writing these exams. Add what they do for a living and how much they earn. Note that your sponsor’s account statement would be subject to the same scrutiny; there should be no unexplained large deposits beyond their normal income.
Noted

5. Ditch the micro finance account. This part might be tricky because I don’t know exactly what you claimed in your application. How did you explain coming across this money? Still, I think you can ignore it, and you’ll probably be fine.
Truth is, there was no cover letter written to back up anything other than the fact that he answered that the Total amount of regular additional income that i get in a year is 5m. Hope my application will not be seen as inconsistent if i do not tender this account again? What better way would you suggest i go about answering that question?

My visa was refused! Actually, my undoing was listening to an agent that claimed i needed to have enough money in my bank account that will be enough for the journey to and fro despite having a sponsor that has committed 7k to her savings account towards the duration of my stay. And so, he cajoled me into getting a POF of 5m that was lodged into a microfinance bank he created for me. My intention is to go write the OSCE for nurses. Thank God i found this thread and it's been an eye opener so far.

These are my worries right now...

1) Can i totally ditch the POF account the agent created for me and focus solely on my salary account for the next three months?. This is so that i'd have explainable salary credits and lesser expenses. I earn about 180k.

2) What's the best way to receive additional money for support from my husband and other people(family and friends)? in which account would the send the money to? salary account or the POF account the agent created?. I don't know how the agent did it but there were transactions in the account covering a period of 6 months. Meaning, when i contacted in June, they created a bank account with POF of 5m and transactions starting from January.

My affinity with the POF account is that, it is now automatically in their database and if i now present only my salary account this second time, won't it raise any inconsistency issues?

I'd appreciate any response that can aid my not being refused a second time. I really don't want my IELTS to expire
