it decreases,acidity is all abt d ability of a compound to dissociate in water giving hydrogen or hydroxonium ion as itx only positive ion.u will agree wit me dat a long chain hydrocarbon can not dissociate easily wen compared to a short chain hydrocarbon.so therefore as the alkyl group of a carboxylic acid increases,itz tendency to dissociate into ions decreases and hence itx acidity decreases

d pume was simple sha but d calculations were just too much,d phy was d hardest,dere were abt 3 questions dat acted as control dere so dat nobody can eva score 100 but wat UI fails to understand is dat we don't want a perfect score,we just want to pass.

d highest last yr was 90 but am hoping someone gets 99 dis yr to prove to dose UI sadist lecturers dat no mata how dey twist d question,person wen b genius dor b genius,,although d dream of 99 myt seem unrealistic for sum of u but b optimistic for once n say amen to claim it.

And lastly, it all depends on your head of department, as many of them wouldn't want a brilliant student to leave their department for another. So, even if you have the maximum GP you might not be going anywhere!
