Yes they're, but Rivers APC legal issues will be laid to rest naturally when the tenure of Emeka Beke who court recently recognises as the state chairman expires.

The next Congress will probably produce Tony Okocha to continue.

Tony Okocha as you see will not take any concrete decision bothering on party internal mechanism, but will just be running his mouth because Party at Abuja and Presidency recognises him, which is of no effect.

So Apc will most likely be legal rancor free b4 2027 elections....that's where there're headed.
