I dont think they've improved much, highest download speed by test ive ever gotten was around 45mbps but why you wont notice that when you actually start downloading is because they have a low upload speed, highest ive seen with speed testing is 3mbps upload. If you dont have uploaded speeds at least half as high as your download speed, you will have issues handling heavy data workloads. Upload and download go H in H, this is where thier services fall below standard, other than that, you can browse and stream with spectranet and do some downloads without noticing.

Another big problem is they are not mapping and spreading out to new locations, thier coverage should be wider than what they have currently, i will post screenshots when i can..
