I submitted yesterday night and it was successful.

If anyone's uploaded document(s) is still not visible or clear on your page, this is a simple step you can take in correcting the error:

1. Click on "Modify Data" and scroll to the edit document area.
2. Click on "Delete;" that is, delete any document you have uploaded before. Wait for some seconds for the delete to be successful or the page to reload.
3. Click on "Choose File" to upload your desired document from your folder.
4. Click on "Upload Your Documents" and wait for some seconds or minutes (depending on your network) for the document(s) to successfully upload. That is, it must reach 100% and upload successfully.
5. Click "Back" on the top right-hand side of the same Modify Data page to return to the main menu.
6. Click on "Upload Documents" to see the documents. It/they should be visible by now.

Try it especially at night or early in the morning, it will work. Give me a feedback.

I am so grateful, thanks so much for this directive i did exactly that and i was able re-upload my documents may God bless you. now i can see all my documents. though i can't still submit my form.

Please non of my referee have seen anything sent to their mail and they do tell me to resend it but am not the one to send it. I need someone to assist me here, thanks.

I have registered and followed all instructions but when I previewed my application form, I discovered
1. 'Gender' shows 'male' but I chose 'female'. I tried modifying it but the change was not reflected in the application form preview.
2. My telephone number wasn't displayed.

Also, I wish to change two of my referees. I tried doing that under 'modify data' menu but I can only change the names and e-mail addresses of the referees. There is no option to change the addresses of the referees.

The only documents showing under 'upload documents' are my passport and signature. I can't find an option to upload again.

Please, what do I have to do?

Dear this is exactly the same issue that i am facing right now, I have tried to submit like but couldn't am confused.

I am tempted to submit my form, for almost a week now that i have being waiting to see all my uploaded document but i keep on seeing the passport and the signature. For how long am I going to wait before i can submit whereas the deadline is at the corner.

I just try submitting now but discovered that i can't submit because the submit link is not active, what is really happening because this is so so annoying and it taking too long, try contacting the information officer through the phone number they published on their site but number is not even going, i will send them message they will not reply, in fact am tired.

Hello house, having checked through this night (Sunday) the modify data link is partially active because it is only few data that i could be able to modify, can't find where i can modify my uploaded documents because i can't see most of my uploads, i can only see the passport and the signature. Those ones that i could not see are the document delaying me not to have submitted, or should i go ahead and submit, please i need someone to advice me here thanks.
