OK SO U TOW THE CAR, FINE, ASK HIM TO PAY A FEE ON ONE HAND OR, IMPOUND THE CAR FOR A PERIOD OF 2 OR 3 WEEKS ON THE OTHER AFTER WHICH HE GETS HIS CAR BACK, THAT IS PUNITIVE ENOUGH , NOT STEAL HIS VEHICLE, SOME LASTMA OFFICIALS STEAL THESE VEHICLES, THEY TOW A CAR FROM LOCATION WITHOUT ANY FORM OF NOTICE AS TO WHERE ITS BEING TAKEN, SOME CARS REPORTEDLY STOLEN SURPRISINGLY HAVE BEING FOUND IN LASTMA POSSESSION MONTHS LATER, UNCLAIMED ONES ARE CONVERTED TO PERSONAL USE OR SOLD UNDERGROUND BY OFFICIALS , EVEN THE ELITE ARE NOT SPARED THIS LASTMA TORTURE, THE ONLY DIFFERNCE IS THEY MAKE A FEW CALLS AND IT GOES AWAY, THIS IS THE REALITY LAGOSIANS FACE , FASHOLA DOESN'T SEE THESE.
