The only reason why so many deaths are not yet recorded is that most of the categories affected are young middle age without any underlying conditions which implies the immune system are still strong but when it gets to the vulnerable ones, then you did be surprised. Secondly, as the number of confirmed cases increases, the scope begins to get wider and the curve that is still flat will spike up at amazing rates.
