I promised to let you know as soon as i hear anything concerning the call in letter. Just this morning we recieved the email that we should pay the IHS fees and send her passport to the office she orrinally made her application. I will try and make the payment from here.

hope you are good. Want to ask if your wife has received the call in letter to submit passport, my hubby hasn't heard anything from UKVI since the withdrawal email since 4 weeks ago,What do we need to do?

Hi Lightme.
My wife has not recieved any call nor email from the sheffield office yet, we are still waiting. I phone the home office enquiry and i was told that waitibg time from the time of the withdrawal to recieving the call in mail is between 6 - 8weeks real waiting game. My wife just gave birth to our daughter on the 26th and i am going to start applying for my daughter's british passport before wife's visa is ready. If i hear anything i will let you know.

Yessssss! The Lord has done it again. My hubby just received an email that UKVI has withdrawn the refusal decision. What a relief this is.
Thank you Lexusg for the courage you gave me to do the appeal myself. Justwise thanks so much.

For the benefit of those who has appeal or hearing, make sure you cover every ground, add loads of evidence of contacts between you, especially if refusal is about genuine subsisting relationship, I referenced caselaws of Elham Goudey, Bk turkey in our grounds of appeal, though someone said I m not allowed to use legal terms, but I used them anyway. I also included copy of IDI that Eco should have followed which he failed to assess.

What a good news to hear about the withdrawal. My wife has not recieved any call or email from sheffield to submit her passport yet. Still waiting.

The same reason they refused my wife, they said that apart from marriage cert that there was no further evidence to prove that the marriage has taken place whilst I sent our wedding photos and they lost them and other documents. I sent a lot. However i sent all the document I sent to them and more and contacted my Local MP.

My wife just recieved email from global appeal team that they have withdrawn the appeal after reviewing it. The review deadline is 13/10/16.
