Please did your ref.no ever have a minus sign before it cos mine didn't and I just tried it with the minus sign and it's still saying status processing

I never knew it has a hyphen until I check again and I saw the hyphen. It is - not_. Try it again.

Try adding a hyphen before your ref. No. I just did that too after lots of trial without the hyphen and it brought out my profile stating that I have full admission...Thanks.

There is no space for matric. No. The only nos we need is our app. No and ref. No. and if almost everyone is seeing the same thing, then, we should know that the problem is from them...Let's just wait. That's all.
