So, as regards your question, No, parade doesn't start immediately. Registration takes like 2 days I believe before the Swearing in ceremony and then other activities follow.

It's only glo network and I think it's only on Camp. Airtel and MTN has 3G on camp.

I heard network is very bad in Nassarawa.

If you're using an Android phone:

Go to "Settings" >> "More">> "Mobile Networks" >> "Preferred Network Type" and choose the "3G only" option or its equivalent. That way, your phone permanently/always connects to the 3G network alone and doesn't try to switch.
