Mr minister it is not possible. Nigeria needs about 90 mega watts of electricity and we are currently generating far below that. We cannot even transmit all we generate due to our epileptic transmission system. I think this national grid system of a thing is not working. States should be encouraged to be totally independent in generating, transmitting and distributing their own electricity. But lazy states will say otherwise

What then NNPCl is your strategic goals. You don't the refinery of course. We all know as your Nigeria owned refinery will never work. God will pay you people and your generations to come. Thieves

Any business in the hands of government will continue like because they play politics with everything. Imagine government still handling telecommunications how it would looked like? My prayer is that important things like power, roads should taken from government given to private individuals while they make policies and monitor their implementations.
