Politics › Re: Osun PDP Seeks Adeleke’s Direction As Senators Endorse Tinubu's Re-Election Bid by EvilMerodack(m): 2:08pm On May 23, 2025 |
Originalsly: There is no way anyone who cares about Nigeria and development will even think about voting for Tinubu....but those who are gaining...who are benefitting ... or can benefit by him being in office are the ones that will vote him in.. So, if i vote him, it automatically means I dont care about Nigeria development Where is the logical correlation? Just vote your Obi and move on. You wanted the best for us but would rather queue behind bigots like EL-Rufal, a known religious bigot |

nairalanda1: Tribalism
I know APC supporters love to call Obi voters in the SE tribalists, but this one where yourba members of PDP are supporting the APC candidate is also similar tribalism
Infact, it reminds me of the 2003 election where Yorubas came out in their numbers to vote for Obasanjo because....he was a Yoruba man. Even AD members in the SW willingly voted out their governors in the process..just to ensure PDP continued in power, because he was Yoruba.
That's why we never ever get good leaders. People all over the country don't judge candidates by their merits.
Modified
And of course, the apc members from the SW on this forum are upset.
Lol.
Modified 2
And now they accuse me of excusing Igbo tribalism in the 2023 election
Look bugs, both are WRONG. But remember, people who live in glass houses do not throw STONES. This SE guy again So, even when SS PDP Govs are openly endorsing Tinubu, its no issue. Its only a crime when his SW people endorse him So, SW PDP were supposed to support Atiku to prove a point to you, as per wetin? Its only when the news is about Yoruba that you come out to form analyst When dem Adebanjo and Afenifere endorsed Obi, were you in heaven then? I dont take people like you seriously. My last ever reply to a person with double stand like you |

I meant full Yoruba blood. You cancelled out three and for sure, the rest are 100% Yoruba Plus, what do you mean by "Most arent fully Yoruba". Have you ever seen Yoruba s trying to claim Burna, just because his mum is Yoruba? Its like saying Sade Adu isnt fully Yoruba/Nigerian and shouldnt be listed among Nigerian Grammy winners. |

The same way the federal government is currently developing Abuja Federal Capital extended from VI to Yaba. Ikeja wasn't part of it. Lekki wasn't part of it. Ikeja today is more developed than your entire region. Ikeja has airport, rail stations, etc. Your entire region has no single functional rail. Enugu and Calabar were once Capitals.
