Yes there are various scholarships available to different schools.

Before you apply to these schools, make sure you have a good profile.

A good profile includes your GRE score, your IELTS/TOEFL SCORE, your GPA after conversion.

Some scholarships require that you include a short personal video.

Hi all,
I know you've all come a long way & I'm just starting out trying to apply.
I'm 32, female, married, 2kids, I understand I will be P.A cos hubby is 38. We both working, both have MSc

Would like to know,
1.) Must hubby do IELTS too?
2.) We want to use WES to evaluate our credentials, is it better? If not which can we use?
3.) Pls can someone help me with the steps?

Any other important info will be highly appreciated.
Pls don't pass by. Thanks.
It's important that your hubby does his own IELTS as doing so will fetch you more points. However, it's not compulsory. WES is very recognized; so I advise you to use WES for credential evaluation.

Hello everyone.

I will be graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree [equivalent to the US Doctor of Dental Surgery] soon, I hope to write the GRE in the first quarter of next year and start applications for Master of Public Health (MPH) programs in the US.

I will like to ask the following questions-
1) Do US schools provide funding for MPH programs? If not, what countries would you advise I apply to?
2) Will a good GRE give me a higher chance of getting a scholarship?

Looking forward to your replies.

Regards.
US schools actually provide funding for MPH programs. However, many of them will ask you to apply through SOPHA, a centralized application system for Public Health programs. Whether or not you get funding depends on your profile such as your GPA, GRE score, personal statement and letter of recommendation.
A higher GRE will definitely give you a higher chance of getting funding.
