May I know the difference between pointing and parking in your context? Well pointing is when you are hosting your domain from a different registrar than where you registered your domain name, so you can not use them in this context. I park most of my domains with afternic and verifies them with sedo. I sometimes park with undeveloped too.

Thanks bro for the info, parking with undeveloped does not yeild any returns so I guess I will stick to afternic but I'm a little bit confused as to what you meant by verify with sedo

I do use Bodis for parking . so I do change my domain name server to bodis ns. But there are lot of other parking sites.

if I understand you properly, pointing the domain to another server is similar to changing your domain nameserver, and you have to do this if you intend to park the domain , but if you leave the DNS as it is from the registrar, it will probably not load like a website (tho I haven't tried this to verify) but when you chAnge the domain nameserver to a parking company, it will definitely load as a website and can be accessed by the public

Expertix and talkportal, pls where do u point your domains. And if u parked them where do u park them

U can check it out.
After u register and made the payment, u can list your domain there. I've sold like 3 domains using them. I just list them there and I was told my domains had been sold

I list it at undeveloped.com, but I am indecisive as to where to point my domain.
I have sold domains on godaddy auction and its still d only place I've ever sold a domain apart from enduser.
So I'm wondering should I point it as godaddy auction or where though there is a yearly charge on godaddy auction for u to be a member.

Buying Domains

I majorly use Godaddy and Namecheap.
Godaddy for quick flips and Namecheap for long term investments.

For the quick flip, I do not spend more than $5 per domain

How? I use fiverr.

Process:
You place an order, submit
-the domain you want to register
-your Godaddy email
-customer no
and then you get your domain.

There are 2 sellers I use mostly - This guy and This guy.


What domains to buy?

I only buy names that describe a product or service. Nothing more!

Keywords i target are:
-web design
-real estate
-dentist
-landscape
-marijuana/cbd/hemp
-properties etc

I must admit 80% of my quick flip names are Geo+keyword domains

-Target good domains and price them between low and mid $$$ and watch your sales increase. At least 1 out 6 names

-I prefer to stay under the radar, so I'm not frequent on NL

Let it be known that not a domains u buy that will sell. That is why it is always good to follow instructions when searching for a domain name. I had about 35 domains that expired without seeing anyone ask about them despite all the hard work I put in them. So getting a good domain name is what matters, as Oga Iyke rightly said if their domain is far better than yours they won't get back to u. All d best bro

that's where the main work is. truth is that there are several tools, sites and softwares used for domain name searching and analysis. expireddomains.net is one of them. but knowing them alone does not really matter. you need to strategise how best to use them.

This is where I'm always confused. After selling up to 5 domains I'm still a novice. I have questions to ask, always does and my questions are always annoying. Thank God for Oga Iyke who had always been patient with me.
