PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS DR IBRAHIM YAHAYA OLORIEGBE, CHAIRMAN OF NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE AUTHORITY (NHIA)

President Bola Tinubu has appointed Dr Ibrahim Yahaya Oloriegbe as Chairman of the National Health Authority Insurance Authority (NHIA).

The appointment of the former Kwara Central Senator will be for an initial term of four years.

The appointment took effect on March 11, 2025.

Dr Oloriegbe represented Kwara Central Senatorial District at the 9th Senate of the National Assembly.

He holds a Master’s in Coaching and Consultation from the University of Oxford, UK, and HEC, Paris, and a Bachelor’s of Medicine and Surgery from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State.

He is a member of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), Association of General and Private Medical Practitioners of Nigeria (AGPMPN), Nigeria Veneral Disease Association, Guild of Medical Directors of Nigeria, International Aids Society (IAS), and the Africa Health Leadership and Management Network.

Oloriegbe served as the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Health from 2019 to 2023 and the Chairman of the Joint National Assembly
Committee on Health.

I always laugh when I see people mentioning those agencies as if someone will just get job their easily without strong connection...ever since I never see anyone here to come out and say he or she got appointment at NDIC NIFU FIFU OR WHATEVER YOU people call them..all we see is nifu is sharing APL CBN is doing this CBN is doing that... Federal fire service that is not juicy Agency is not easy to get.. people keep buying the slot 1m naira 2m naira

No idea but it's around 100% I increase just like NIMC and there's hazard allowance too for them..

For brothers out there searching for jobs, put your trust in God because he is never going to forsake you. I got a federal job this year after many years of reaching out to people begging them for jobs. I was abused by some, but when God came through, it was just like miracle.

CONPSS SALARY STRUCTURE IS NOW N1,512,756 per annum excluding 40% peculiar allowance and 25% increase in salary if both is added it's more..... according to new template that's been implemented since July 2024.....

A friend of mine was captured by Ippis in December it's agency under federal ministry of agriculture and her letter shows August 26th 2024 please when will she start collecting salary

I currently work at a bank and I want to run away. Many people from my dept want to also run away. The job is so stressful and we do not earn much. I prefer a Gov job that gives me time because I am even a family woman to begin with. Its crazy having to wake up around 4.30am and I am leaving my home around 6.40am. Honestly, the stress is so much. Banking job is good for singles that can manage stress and not for a family woman that has so much stress from family and other wise.

Under my nose, someone's employment was terminated. My work environment is also very toxic. I gave no peace. The salary for some are OK but the stress na mad.. if u can cope with the stress and you are able to manage working for a few years, u can go for it. Bank job is not secured. You can be sacked anytime.

Exactly someone can be sacked at any fucking time...... people are only after money they embezzled their they don't look at future ask many people they will reject bank job times without number people are wiser now......

A Director that recently retired frm 1 agency like that cld barely pay rent in Abuja, he had to go bck to Mararaba (Nasarawa state), 2yrs to his retirement, he bought a duplex in Maitama & sent his 3 Children to Poland.
So, also I've a senior man that resigned frm Zenith who had the mind to do what it takes & fetch what he can frm the pot😊

A friend of mine reject a federal job although he already started banking job then evening good salary but he was dismissed by bank not only him it affects some of his colleagues too now he's in Lagos working in private company that pays 120k per month.. he's regretting rejecting the federal job slot.....he was given National hajj commission then through his father's friend who's highly connected unfortunately the person that offered him job slot then is no more in power again because he has traveled out of the country with his wife and three children

Please I got an appointment letter from National Orientation Agency late Dec. Last year and I have been waiting for documentation and capturing. Did anyone get an appointment letter also and please has he/her done their own documentation and capturing? I have been having serious sleepless nights on this🥲

Please do you have idea of their salary level 8 am pushing for the place too but my own letter is not out yet

That's still the range of their salary, 100k .Last month salary showed that much, even with the minimum wage and other arrears, pay was around 160k for level 8. So imagine without the arrears.

According to this CONPSS salary level 10 what's the total take home after deduction
