Maybe the interviewers, including management want to learn a thing or two from the candidates, that is some novel idea or concept.

What these people don't realise is that these interviewees also called applicants are a goldmine/reservoir of ideas, solutions. Although some organisations go overboard by post ghost vacancies just to tap ideas from applicants.

Simply put an individual that's trying to survive at their lowest point will do all their best putting their all, desperately do everything right to get out of that jobless situation. Their competitiveness is naturally raised higher as a survival instinct.

They are just trying to waste time with this interview interview exam exam.... formality I think someone posted it here that someone collected appointment letter with strong connect
