Listen to the crux of the argument. You invited her to support a petition then senate then decided it was subjudice as if they weren’t aware there is already a court case regarding the petition so why invite them in the first place? Smelt like an ambush.

Don't worry it will go. I have
had similar experience.that lasted for few minutes.Firstly I prayed against it and went for medical check up. My bp was high and placed on medication. I engaged n physical exercise too ( skipping),.took somethings off my mind..eat healthy , hang out with friends, watch lots of comedy, think positively. This happened 2022. Today I m a strong as zuma rock..lol

If is still going up , u may start medication( See a doctor )so it doesn't degenerate to heart related disease, kidney etc. Also engage in mild physical exercise to strengthen ur arm.
